Strategy
A strategy of diversification and internationalisation
CED provides its clients (primary insurers and authorised agents) with an integrated approach to the underwriting and claims process. The activities vary from certification, inspection, (medical) examination, prevention, advice and examination, to the actual loss adjustment (assessment, medical advice and claims handling). Our approach makes an important contribution to our clients’ returns and efficiency.
Services
In 2007, CED provided its clients with services in The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg. With the internationalization of our clients, we are confronted more and more with increasing demands of customers regarding internationalization of CED itself. This is why we are looking intensively for ways of cooperation in surrounding countries: Scandinavia, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal.
In Belgium and Luxemburg we provide our clients with a large variety of loss adjustment services within the fields of automotive, property and liability. We also provide administrative claims handling services. A key element in our services is timing and efficiency. We believe that a quick and speedy process benefits both the client (mostly the insurance company) and the end consumer (the insured). This is why we have a high degree of automation within our loss adjustment and claims handling processes.
